This Privacy Policy explains what information PM Essential Skills collects through pmessentialskills.com and how it is used.

1. Information we collect

Contact details: name and email address, submitted when you take a mock exam, request a certificate, or sign up for updates.
Exam activity: which mock exam you attempted, your score, pass/fail result, and attempt timestamps, used to enforce the attempt-limit policy and issue certificates.
Purchase information: this Site does not process purchases itself — buying Course Creator Suite or a course takes you to Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, or Udemy, and each of those platforms processes and stores your payment details under its own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made, where the platform provides one.

2. How we use this information

We use the information above to operate the mock exam simulator, enforce fair-use attempt limits, issue and verify certificates, deliver purchased course access, and respond to support requests. Name/email/exam data is logged to a private Google Sheet accessible only to PM Essential Skills.

3. Third parties

We share data with: Google (Google Sheets / Apps Script, for storing signups and exam records), and Netlify (our website hosting provider). We do not send your data to Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, or Udemy — you interact with those platforms directly when you click through to purchase, and each processes data under their own privacy terms.

4. Data retention

We retain exam and certificate records indefinitely to support certificate verification. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing us, subject to any records we're required to keep for legal or accounting purposes.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at pmessentialskills@gmail.com to make a request.

6. Cookies

The Site uses local browser storage to save your in-progress exam so you can resume later. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
